Peregrine Builders was founded in 2022 by Pat Madden. After working for years in residential construction, he felt that there was a need for a builder who was not only driven to build high-quality projects, but for someone who would center the customer in the building process. We seek to educate and engage with our customers by informing and collaborating to ensure that the project we build truly matches their vision.
Our staffs’ background as artists & creatives outside of the construction space allows us to more easily adapt to creative, custom, design forward projects. We pride ourselves in saying yes to projects that are challenging & require creative problem solving. We believe in finding a way to achieve the intended result instead of trying to convince customers to accept an “easier” alternative.
